IB Mathematics
The International Baccalaureate (IB) Mathematics program is designed to develop students’ logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and appreciation for mathematics as a language that explains the world around them.
It offers two distinct pathways: Analysis and Approaches (AA) and Applications and Interpretation (AI) — both available at Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL).
IB Mathematics covers a broad range of topics, including algebra, functions, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, probability, statistics, and mathematical modeling. It also encourages the use of technology to explore and present mathematical ideas, preparing students for both university-level study and practical, real-world problem solving.
How We Help IB Students Succeed
- Clarify complex topics through personalized, step-by-step explanations.
- Provide full support with Internal Assessments (IA) — from topic selection to structure and feedback.
- Offer targeted training for Paper 1 (no calculator) and Paper 2 (calculator) exams.
- Practice extensively with past papers to strengthen exam strategy and confidence.
- Teach effective time management and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Guide students in using technology, including graphing software and calculators.
- Deliver regular progress reports to parents and students.
